Melanie A. Daly
Melanie is an associate attorney who was admitted to practice in the state of New York in 2017.
Prior work experience includes Investigations for National Security Clearances, Melanie worked as an investigator for approximately 10 years for a federal government contractor. After being admitted she started her own practice on a part-time basis in the areas of traffic violations, matrimonial, real estate transactions, and wills.
Melanie earned her Juris Doctor at the Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2015. Prior to moving to Florida, she earned her Master of Science in criminal justice administration from Niagara University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Fredonia. Shortly after graduating from law school, Melanie decided to move back to her roots in western New York.
Melanie is an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills. She enjoys playing softball, skiing, and traveling. She enjoys going on road trips with her children, traveling to places like hotel waterparks, Washington, D.C., and even all the way to Florida to visit family.
Melanie and her husband, Richard, live in Williamsville with their four children.
